This policy explains how photo purchases, downloads, refunds, and public gallery requests work for Mobeus Media event galleries.
1. Photo Delivery
After payment is confirmed, download links will usually be sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. In some cases, delivery may need to be processed manually. If this happens, we aim to send your download links within 24 hours.
2. Download Links
Purchased photos are delivered through download links. We aim to keep download links available for as long as reasonably possible. However, older event galleries and download files may be removed over time as storage space becomes limited. Customers should download and back up their purchased photos as soon as possible.
3. Refunds
All sales are final once download links have been sent. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental selection, or not liking how you appear in a photo. Refunds may be considered if there has been a duplicate payment, incorrect file delivery, broken download links that cannot be fixed, or an error made by Mobeus Media.
4. Image Use
Purchased photos may be used for personal use and social media posting. Photos may not be resold, claimed as your own work, used for commercial advertising, heavily edited, or used in a misleading or harmful way without permission from Mobeus Media.
5. Credit
Credit is appreciated when posting photos online. You may tag @mobeusmediasydney where appropriate.
6. Watermarked Previews
Watermarked preview images are provided only for browsing and selection. Please do not post, crop, edit, remove watermarks from, or share watermarked preview images. Purchased photos will be delivered without watermarks.
7. Photo Removal Requests
If you appear in a public gallery and would like a photo removed from public preview, contact us at mobeusmediasydney@gmail.com with the image details. We will review requests in good faith and remove images where reasonable, especially where the request relates to privacy, safety, embarrassment, misidentification, or a genuine concern.
Removal from public preview does not automatically affect photos already purchased, downloaded, saved, shared, or posted by other people.
8. Editing And Retouching
Purchased photos are delivered as edited by Mobeus Media. Extra retouching or custom edits are not included unless agreed separately.
9. Payment Or Delivery Issues
If you paid for photos but did not receive your download links, contact mobeusmediasydney@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
